We Love Our Volunteers!

Volunteering at Grandma’s Place is one of the most direct ways to make a difference in a child’s life. We are looking for energetic, caring individuals 18 and older who are ready to give their time and their hearts to children who need it most.

Our volunteers help with homework, meals, light household tasks, and activities — including occasional field trips with our children. This work requires maturity, patience, and a genuine understanding of the challenges that children in crisis can carry with them. All volunteers are required to complete a Level 2 background check prior to working with our children.
